Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Client Services leader in Chicago to manage account strategies, retention, and revenue growth for jumbo clients. You will oversee dedicated staff across multiple offices and drive complex service models while ensuring high client satisfaction and continuity.

The role requires an educational background in risk management or related fields and strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• CPCU, AIC and/or ARM or other related designation preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides stewardship reporting to clients; identifies issues and trends.
• Conducts pre-renewal visits reviewing experience and performance.
• Reviews renewal processes to identify potential dissatisfaction.
• Performs renewal, contract revision, and instruction preparation for complex programs.
• Negotiates changes or improvements to service plans.
• Directs internal teams to reduce barriers and coordinate resources.
• Coordinates client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Resolves major client service issues; seeks cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversees staff assigned to multi-representative programs.
• Ensures compliance with quality initiatives.
