Job summary

Sedgwick in Irving, TX is seeking a senior Client Services leader to determine account management strategies and oversee client service plans for jumbo clients. You will direct dedicated staff across offices, drive retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction while coordinating complex service models.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with extensive account management or workforce absence experience, plus strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; CPCU/AIC/ARM preferred.
• Ten years’ related experience, including two years as an account manager or five years in workforce absence claims with supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides stewardship reporting to clients and educates on issues impacting programs.
• Performs pre-renewal reviews of loss experience and renewal performance.
• Negotiates changes to service plans and addresses client needs.
• Coordinates invoicing, audits, and AR follow-up for assigned clients.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and resolves major service issues.
• Supervises staff across multiple client programs.
• Ensures compliance with applicable quality initiatives.
