Job summary

Influential is seeking a Director of Client Management to lead campaign activation for Publicis Groupe clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, client-facing confidence, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

You will own campaign delivery, coordinate with strategy, analytics, media, and creative teams, and drive client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account expansion. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in client management, account management, or agency roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to manage day-to-day client and agency communications for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Own campaign delivery to ensure programs are executed on time and aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate monthly billing reconciliation in partnership with VP and SVP.
• Support account growth, scope expansions, and renewal opportunities with leadership.
• Lead and mentor Client Management junior team members and collaborate across departments.
• Actively seek opportunities to educate on influencer marketing trends and industry developments.
