Formación

• Must have 2–5 years in a direct sales role with accountability.
• Experience selling to C-level decision makers in long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to close deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
• Experience supporting marketing activities and events.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to hit revenue targets.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and willingness to share market insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenues by $1,000,000 in the first year.
• Add $2,000,000 in revenues in the second year.
• Manage sales territory including Minneopolis and surrounding areas.
• Target Office space, Industrial/Manufacturing, Medical, and Education sectors.
• Attend trade shows and events.
• Report on key sales metrics and maintain activity documentation.
• Close new business deals and coordinate contracts.
