We’re hiring a Director of Business Development — and we’re looking for more than just experience. We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, drive, and strategic insight to the healthcare staffing space.

This role is for a proven business development leader who understands the complexities of travel nursing and allied staffing, has worked within MSP models, and knows how to build lasting partnerships across acute care, sub-acute, home health, school-based, and telehealth settings.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive growth by identifying, engaging, and signing new clients across key healthcare verticals
  • Build a strong, sustainable pipeline using a CRM (Bullhorn experience is a plus)
  • Translate client needs into strategic staffing solutions in partnership with account and recruitment teams
  • Develop and nurture relationships that result in long-term, high-value opportunities
  • Travel to client sites as needed (up to 40%) to deepen relationships and drive alignment

What you need:

  • Proven success in healthcare staffing sales, with deep understanding of travel nursing, allied health, and MSP environments
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a record of closing deals with high-value clients
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • A growth mindset: you welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously strive to improve
