Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 12+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience.
• Engage in community relationships and activities for business development.
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical, consulting and negotiating capabilities.
• Ability to identify cross-sell and revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage an existing portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and bank policies.
• Ability to coach and mentor other team members.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, or education.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products.
