Qualifications

• 3+ years selling products/services in incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months in retail banking sales or related field with proven results.
• 12+ months Santander-specific experience preferred and endorsed by leaders.
• 12+ months customer service in high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong relationship-building with focus on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence.
• Proficient in using digital tools to engage customers.
