Constellation Energy Corporation seeks a veteran Battery Energy Storage Systems leader to direct overall BESS engineering and technology, guiding design, budgeting and risk analysis across development, construction and operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set performance standards, and develop best-practices to align with corporate strategy while delivering projects on time and within cost. Extensive renewables experience required.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in the renewable industry.
• Bachelor's Degree Required; Engineering, Masters or PhD preferred.
• Grid-connected BESS or inverter-based generation experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in design and delivery of grid-scale bulk energy storage technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Direct overall management of the BESS project, overseeing engineering, development, tendering, and operations.
• Lead development engineering, technology, and project tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules and risk assessment to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align BESS projects with corporate strategy and goals.
• Lead cross-departmental training on ES technologies and share best practices.
