This senior leader will drive profitable growth by shaping regional sales, engaging key customers, and collaborating with Chart's global units.

You will build account plans, forecast pipelines, and partner with Marketing to craft messaging and campaigns while mentoring the regional sales team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Industrial markets, including sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proven success building executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence in a global matrix organization.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing for cross-selling opportunities.

• Coach and develop sales professionals to foster collaboration and accountability.
