Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in industrial leadership including sales, marketing, and BD.
• Proven experience building and executing growth strategies.
• Deep knowledge of industrial customer markets and channels.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong executive relationship-building skills.
• Forecasting, strategic planning, and budget management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed global organization.

• Develop and execute growth strategy for the Americas region.
