Chart Industries, a Baker Hughes Company, seeks a strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment in the Americas. You will drive revenue growth, engage key customers, and steer cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and engineering to deliver value across industrial applications.

You will build strategic relationships, guide account planning, and influence product strategy while mentoring a high-performing sales organization and managing budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets and sales channels.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create account plans, forecasts, and market strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering on cross-selling.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to influence product development and strategy.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share.
• Coach and develop sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Establish key account management processes for long-term value.
• Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
• Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and materials.
• Increase product knowledge and solution-selling capabilities.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
