• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Industrial markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong executive-level customer relationships and strategic mindset.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning experience.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth and profitability.
