Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director of AI Specialty Sales for Small Law. Remote in the United States with postings across MN, TX, MI. You will own go-to-market for CoCounsel Legal and other AI solutions, leading a cross-functional team to accelerate revenue growth and customer value.

Responsibilities include scaling sales motions, influencer programs, and partner ecosystems while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales leadership experience.
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, marketing, and partnerships.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead AI revenue growth for Small Law through CoCounsel Legal and other AI solutions.
Build and mentor a high-performing AI specialty sales team.
Align go-to-market motions with cross-functional partners and enablement teams.
Drive adoption, pipeline, and market share through scalable processes.
Represent Thomson Reuters as an AI thought leader with customers and partners.
