Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Director of Forward Deployed Solutions (AI) to lead a customer-facing Professional Services function in AI-enabled legal, tax, and professional-information solutions. You will manage senior professionals, shape delivery, and drive value for customers while building reusable assets and guiding product feedback.

You will align demand with capacity, maintain governance, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to optimize outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, solutions delivery, consulting, or related customer-facing tech environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing services financials: budgets, forecasts, margins, or investment trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Solutions team for Legal and Tax workflows.
• Own operating model, portfolio reporting, and delivery governance.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Develop repeatable delivery patterns and reusable accelerators.
