Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director of AI Specialty Sales to lead the Small Law strategy for AI adoption, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. You will own the go-to-market for CoCounsel Legal and other AI solutions, coordinating across Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, and Enablement to deliver a consistent customer experience and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI revenue growth through AI Specialty Sales and partnerships across Small Law.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with clear goals and rhythms.
• Drive go-to-market execution with cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships, Enablement.
• Advance AI enablement and market leadership with Enablement and Product Marketing.
• Lead influencer programs and expand the partner ecosystem to grow opportunities.
