Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an AI Developer to design, build and support AI-enabled solutions across enterprise technology. The role combines software engineering, GenAI development, data integration and responsible AI delivery, collaborating with security, platform and business stakeholders to turn requirements into maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software development, preferably Python and another language.
• Understanding of SDLC, source control, automated testing and code reviews.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering.
• Experience building or integrating APIs, backend services, data pipelines.
• Awareness of retrieval augmented generation and vector search.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support AI-powered applications and automations.
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs and enterprise data sources.
• Develop Python services, APIs, integrations and reusable components.
• Participate in full software delivery lifecycle with teams.
