Morgan Stanley is seeking an Agentic AI Developer in the Technology division to design, build and support AI-enabled solutions across enterprise use cases. You will work with engineering, data, platform, security and governance teams to deliver maintainable AI-powered applications that improve productivity and decision-making.

The role emphasizes GenAI development, data integration and responsible AI delivery, with a focus on secure practices and governance reviews across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Python and one or more additional languages.
• Understanding of SDLC, source control, automated testing and code review.
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience building or integrating APIs and enterprise applications.
• Awareness of AI governance, data privacy and secure development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations.
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt design and enterprise data sources.
• Develop Python services, APIs, integrations and reusable components.
• Participate in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle from design to support.
• Collaborate with Technology, data, security and governance teams to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs and improve quality, reliability and performance.
• Ensure secure engineering practices and risk governance for AI-enabled apps.
• Identify opportunities to use AI responsibly to automate repeatable tasks.
