Job summary

CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change organization is seeking a Director to lead the creation, launch, and ongoing care of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that supports automation and workflow tools for clinicians.

You will partner with data science and engineering, shape a multi-year roadmap, and influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams to translate complex clinical needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years of analytical and product judgment, with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data Science and Engineering.
• Define platform health metrics and measure adoption and outcomes.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities.
