CVS Health is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform powering automation and clinician workflows.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to define platform strategy, manage a multi-year roadmap, and drive adoption across CVS Health businesses, emphasizing reusable services and scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment.
6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products.
5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable vs. application-specific work.
Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
Define platform strategy and own roadmaps, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
Lead platform delivery with Data Science and Engineering partners and define trade-offs.
Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
Define platform health metrics and use data to inform decisions.
Influence senior stakeholders and align partners around strategy and trade-offs.
