Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director for the Analytics & Behavior Change team to lead the creation and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform powering automation and clinician workflows.

You will partner with data scientists and engineers to translate clinical needs into reusable platform capabilities, define strategy, and manage a multi-year roadmap with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment, with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
6+ years' experience working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and application architectures.
5+ years of experience influencing senior stakeholders across cross‑functional organizations.
5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap with reusable capabilities.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Data Science and Engineering to bring AI products to production.
Structure ambiguous problems and test hypotheses to maximize clinical and business value.
Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
