Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for enterprise software or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years analytical and product judgment.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years executive communication and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs through direct discovery and data analysis to determine reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest clinical and business value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable, scalable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities with evidence-based trade-offs.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery with Data Science and Engineering; trade-offs (build vs. integrate vs. vendor).
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption; use data to inform decisions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align Data Science, Engineering, and cross-functional partners around platform strategy.
