Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform powering automation and workflow tools for clinicians. You will partner with data science and engineering to translate needs into reusable platform capabilities and manage multi-year roadmaps.

The role emphasizes platform strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable clinical and business value.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment to turn data into strategy.
6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI architectures.
5+ years influencing senior stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap across clinical data and AI capabilities.
Lead cross-functional teams including Data Science and Engineering to move platform work to production.
Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize investments with clinical and business value.
Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
Communicate trade-offs and align stakeholders on priorities and roadmap.
