Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a senior Director to lead the AI-powered clinical data insights platform within Analytics & Behavior Change. You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to translate clinician needs into scalable, reusable platform capabilities and guide multi-year roadmaps that drive adoption and business value.
You will influence senior stakeholders, define platform health metrics, and collaborate across clinical, product, and engineering teams to accelerate impact at scale.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML & Generative AI products.
- 8+ years of analytical and product judgment to structure ambiguous problems & translate evidence into strategy.
- 6+ years working with AI/ML & Generative AI products and architectures with tech fluency.
- 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
- 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs to determine reusable platform components.
- Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with high value.
- Define platform strategy and own the roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
- Lead platform delivery with Data Science and Engineering, weighing build vs. buy decisions.
- Partner with application teams to launch, scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
- Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
