CVS Health is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead an AI-powered clinical data insights platform, powering automation and clinician workflows across the organization.

You will work closely with Data Science and Engineering to shape the platform, set strategy, and deliver reusable capabilities that scale across CVS Health and its partners. The role emphasizes executive communication and impact on health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment, structuring ambiguous problems and translating data into strategy.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures, partnering with Data Science and Engineering.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs through discovery, data, and analysis to determine reusable platform components.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest value.
• Define platform strategy and own the roadmap, translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities with trade-offs across clinical value, productivity, feasibility, reliability, and outcomes.
• Lead platform from concept to delivery in partnership with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor decisions.
• Partner with application teams to launch, scale platform capabilities and drive adoption while removing reuse barriers.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption; inform roadmap with data and experiments.
