Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered, clinical data insights platform powering automation and clinician workflows.

You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to translate clinical needs into reusable platform capabilities, and drive multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment, with ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate evidence into strategy.
• 6+ years' experience with AI/ML and Generative AI products and application architectures, with technical fluency to partner with Data Science and Engineering.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions across cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs through direct discovery and analysis to determine reusable vs. application-specific work.
• Structure ambiguous problems, form and test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest clinical and business value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities, balancing clinical value, productivity, feasibility, reliability and outcomes.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery with Data Science and Engineering, articulating build vs. integrate vs. vendor trade-offs.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
