Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director within Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that supports automation and workflow tools for clinicians. This role requires deep product management expertise, fluency with clinical data and AI-powered insights, and collaboration across data science and engineering teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders, shape a multi-year platform roadmap, and drive adoption

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
8+ years analytical and product judgment with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations.
5+ years executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs through direct discovery and analysis to determine reusable vs. application-specific work.
Structure ambiguous problems, form and test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest value.
Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating recurring needs into reusable capabilities.
Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities, making evidence-based trade-offs across value, productivity, feasibility, reliability, and outcomes.
Lead the platform from concept through delivery in close partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities, accelerate adoption, and identify barriers to reuse.
Define platform health and success metrics: Coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
Influence senior stakeholders and align Data Science, Engineering, and cross-functional partners around platform strategy.
