Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Director in Analytics & Behavior Change to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that powers automation and clinician workflow tools. You will drive platform strategy and work with Data Science and Engineering to deliver reusable capabilities.
The ideal candidate has extensive product management experience with AI/ML, strong executive communication, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders to deliver
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
- 8+ years analytical and product judgment, able to structure ambiguous problems.
- 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products with technical fluency.
- 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
- 5+ years executive communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs to design reusable platform capabilities.
- Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
- Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap across teams.
- Own multi-year roadmap and trade-offs among clinical value, productivity, and feasibility.
- Lead platform from concept to delivery with Data Science and Engineering partners.
- Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities.
- Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
