Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Director - AI Sales & Solutions to lead the AI opportunity development org, transforming market interest into qualified AI pipeline across SHI units.

You will collaborate with sellers to identify, qualify, and accelerate AI opportunities in Public Sector, Enterprise, Global, and Commercial segments. The role designs repeatable AI growth strategies, aligns internal and partner resources, and ensures successful delivery of AI initiatives across full-stack AI

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute AI solutions strategies aligned to business goals.
• Proven leadership in pipeline generation and sales acceleration.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and full-stack AI ecosystems.
• Ability to manage partner ecosystems including cloud providers and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Sales & Solutions org to deliver customer-centric AI offerings.
• Scale AI Advisors and identify qualification and pursuit opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams to design AI solutions.
• Operationalize repeatable AI sales motions and methodologies.
• Oversee AI solution architectures for scalable, secure deployments.
• Drive net-new AI pipeline across SHI business units.
• Coordinate AGT resources and strategic partners to pursue opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and executives.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic insights.
