Responsibilities

• Forward-Deployed Pod Leadership: lead engineers and product owners for quick, high-quality ELT initiatives
• Delivery: drive critical technical initiatives and set engineering delivery practices
• People: develop technical leaders and high-performing teams
• Business: shape tech-driven strategy and communicate with executives
• AI: design AI-augmented workflows, evaluate tools, train engineers on AI usage
• Reliability: establish SLOs/SLIs and drive reliability culture
• Documentation: set standards and mentor on technical writing
• Process: improve cross-functional technical work and run retrospectives
• Executive Communication: present complex solutions to senior leadership
• Community & Mentorship: lead guilds and mentorship programs
