Job summary
Pfizer is seeking a senior leader to guide the organizational AI and technical strategy within its digital transformation program. You will focus on code quality, architectural integrity, and AI-enabled workflows to drive enterprise impact.
You will oversee critical projects, lead engineering teams, and shape enterprise architecture while evaluating AI tools and establishing reliability and documentation standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership or related roles.
- Proven track record delivering high-impact applications for senior leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical strategy and architecture.
