Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Director/Senior Director within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group. The role leads as a credible voice for designated market areas, delivering must-have insights, market predictions and best practices for top global clients.

You will engage clients via in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, and sales support to drive engagement and outcomes. With 10+ years in the field, you will translate AI capabilities into supply chain outcomes, assess AI risk,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in relevant field or industry experience.
• Experience communicating the ROI of AI investments to executives.
• Experience translating AI capabilities to supply chain outcomes.
• Experience assessing AI risk in supply chain strategies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged insights content.
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and actionable client approaches.
• Analyze root causes of client barriers and reframing strategies.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across an insights team.
• Provide clients with actionable, data-driven guidance for Gartner initiatives.
• Research and predict market trends to deliver client-focused insights.
• Create high-value presentation materials for events and client briefings.
• Support sales as a market voice to drive client engagement and growth.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration in a global team.
