Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a business-facing AI Product Leader to design and deliver AI-enabled sales solutions that transform enterprise processes.

You will own products from discovery to launch for Sales Assistant and related workflows, partnering with Sales, Data Science, UX, Engineering, and Compliance. Responsibilities include leading discovery, defining requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, and user-centric designs while balancing risk, feasibility, and governance in a governance-heavy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Enterprise selling knowledge including Salesforce and enablement
• AI product fluency with agentic workflows and data grounding
• Ability to translate business needs into future-state workflows and requirements
• Experience taking digital/AI products from discovery to rollout

Responsibilities

• Reimagine enterprise sales processes with AI-enabled improvements.
• Lead product discovery with business leaders, sellers, and operations.
• Translate needs into future-state workflows, requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Determine solution approaches for agent-led, automated, guided, or platform-based use cases.
• Lead products through discovery, build, pilots, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Architecture, Salesforce, and data teams to deliver secure, scalable AI experiences.
• Apply knowledge of AI prompts, data grounding, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Facilitate demonstrations, pilots, and leadership readouts.
• Coordinate delivery across Sales, Operations, Product, Tech, Legal, and IT teams.
• Communicate direction, risks, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Balance user value, feasibility, governance, and speed of delivery.
