Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Director of Strategy & Transformation (AI PDLC) to lead a multi-year transformation of the Product Development Lifecycle into an Agentic AI native operating model. You will work with executive leadership across Product, Engineering, GTM and Finance to accelerate innovation, improve productivity, and shorten time to market in the Hybrid Cloud portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or tech transformations.
• Experience with tech transformations; B2B software/cloud infra preferred.
• Experience leading product management or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year Agentic AI PDLC transformation spanning architecture, tooling, processes and governance.
• Drive change management and executive alignment to embed Agentic AI ways of working.
• Partner with product, engineering, GTM and finance to deliver on priorities.
• Design future-state operating model for Agentic AI led PDLC.
• Drive implementation to realize productivity, time-to-market and quality improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership; maintain transformation roadmap and KPIs.
• Establish and run weekly governance for the program.
