Trusted Shops seeks a Director Sales DACH with a proven track record in transforming large B2B SaaS sales teams. You will lead the New Business unit in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, implement AI-driven workflows, and scale a customer-centric sales engine.

You will partner across Marketing, Product, CS, and Partnerships to evolve go-to-market with a strong revenue focus and data-driven governance. The role demands leadership, strategic insight, and exceptional communication in a global e-commerce

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales transformation experience in large B2B SaaS or software sales.
• Five+ years of leadership in New Business, Commercial or Revenue teams.
• Fluent in German and English, thrives in international B2B SaaS/e-commerce.
• Ability to build AI-powered sales processes, KPIs, and governance.
• Strong customer value focus with data-driven forecasting and CRM discipline.

Aufgaben

• Lead our New Business Sales organization in the DACH market and drive a scalable AI-powered sales engine.
• Own revenue targets, forecast reviews, and KPI dashboards with team leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CS, and Partnerships to optimize the go-to-market.
• Embed Value Selling, BANT, and Reference Selling into playbooks and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality CRM practices and transparent reporting across teams.
