Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business growth in the insurance sector. You will own complex sales cycles end-to-end, develop executive relationships, and position Earnix’s decisioning solutions as transformational assets for insurers navigating digital evolution.

You’ll hunt for new business, manage global deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value and a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, successful sales experience in the insurtech space.
• Hands-on experience running deals with a MEDDPICC qualification methodology.
• Ability to hunt and generate pipeline in competitive markets.
• Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close using MEDDPICC.
• Develop and execute territory/account strategies to expand Earnix’s footprint in insurance.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers across actuarial, underwriting, pricing, IT, and leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment across regions.
• Represent Earnix at industry events and customer engagements to communicate value proposition.
