Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, ideally in professional services or financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale L&D programs in global, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent facilitation skills both virtual and in person.
• Executive coaching and psychometric assessments experience.
• Experience with change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HR and business leaders to champion AI-driven upskilling.
• Create a long-term vision and roadmap for workforce capability development aligned with AI strategy.
• Design engaging learning experiences and curricula for future-ready capabilities.
• Deliver virtual and in-person learning interventions to accelerate skill adoption.
• Coordinate global rollout of standardized learning pathways across functions.
• Capture feedback and analyze program data to demonstrate ROI.
