Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Director in its PEPI Technology Services AI practice to lead AI-driven value creation engagements across the CIO domain for PE-backed portfolio companies. You will own scope, workplans, client relationships, and financial outcomes end-to-end, translating hands-on IT transformation experience into rapid, credible impact within PE timelines.

You will collaborate across enterprise architecture, infrastructure, data, security, and IT operations to deliver EBITDA

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT strategy or enterprise IT transformation.
• Direct experience with CIO organizations and PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Proven ability to drive EBITDA impact through IT and AI initiatives.
• Strong leadership of multiworkstream programs.
• Experience with PE deal timelines and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across the CIO domain for PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Develop AI-enabled operating models and transformation roadmaps with financial targets.
• Govern AI risk and compliance within enterprise IT contexts.
• Oversee vendor relationships and delivery partners across timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to business development and mentor junior professionals.
