Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Director in its PEPI Technology Services AI team (CIO Domain) to lead AI-driven value creation engagements across the private equity lifecycle, focusing on portfolio CIO organizations. You own scope, plan, client relationships, and financial outcomes end-to-end.

You bring hands-on IT transformation experience, vendor governance, and successful AI deployments, translating technical work into fast, credible PE-ready impact within tight holding periods.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, IT operations, or technology transformation with hands-on operator roles.
• Demonstrated track record leading complex IT transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with private equity-backed portfolio companies and PE deal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven value creation engagements across the PE lifecycle for portfolio CIOs.
• Define and govern AI-enabled operating models and roadmaps with EBITDA and cost targets.
• Oversee program governance, KPI frameworks, and value tracking tied to IT metrics such as MTTR and incident deflection.
• Mentor senior team members and contribute to A&M's CIO-domain accelerators.
