Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director to lead AI‑driven value creation initiatives within the CIO domain for PE‑backed portfolio companies. You will oversee scope, plans, client relationships, and financial outcomes end‑to‑end, translating hands‑on IT experience into rapid, credible impact.

You will partner with CIOs, IT leadership, and PE deal partners to drive transformation, governance, and cost‑optimization initiatives across ERP, data, security, and cloud, delivering measurable EBITDA

Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology transformation with hands‑on experience.
• Proven track record leading large multi‑workstream IT transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Direct experience with CIO organizations and PE‑backed portfolio companies is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagement governance, KPI frameworks, and value tracking tied to EBITDA levers.
• Manage vendor relationships and multi‑partner delivery across timelines and budgets.
• Translate IT findings into financial and operational narratives for PE audiences.
