Job summary

Veracode is seeking a Director of IT Platform to architect and run the internal technology platform that powers how work gets done globally. You will drive cloud-native, AI-forward capabilities, automate workflows, and enable scalable operations across employee lifecycles, access management, and enterprise apps.

You will lead a global IT organization, build leaders, and partner with finance and governance to align priorities, budgets, and security with Veracode’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT, platform, or enterprise tech in SaaS or tech-driven orgs.
• Proven track record transforming IT into an automated, platform-oriented function.
• Experience designing automated end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in identity and access management at scale.
• Strong skills integrating SaaS enterprise systems and data flows.
• Focused on reliability, incident management, uptime, and recovery.
• Experience applying AI to IT operations and workflows.
• Experience with cloud-native environments, DevOps, SaaS/PaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy to evolve IT into a cloud-native, AI-forward platform.
• Design and automate end-to-end business workflows across systems.
• Own identity and access management with automated, policy-driven access.
• Integrate enterprise systems for seamless data and workflows.
• Drive automation and self-service to reduce ticket volume and improve UX.
• Ensure platform reliability with SLAs, observability, and rapid recovery.
• Leverage AI to streamline IT operations and internal workflows.
• Lead and develop a global IT organization across functions.
• Partner with GRC and Finance to align standards and budgets.
