Job summary

Gravie is seeking an AI-forward Director of Corporate IT to lead our corporate technology function, focusing on automation, AI enablement, and enterprise applications. This leader will own IT operations, employee technology, and integrations, delivering secure, reliable experiences across the company.

You will drive strategy for IT, AI, and automation, partner with business units to streamline processes, and govern enterprise systems while ensuring security and governance across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT and enterprise technology, including leadership of teams and cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record deploying AI-enabled tools, automation, and self-service capabilities in production environments.
• Experience governing internal enterprise applications like HRIS, ERP, finance, procurement, and related systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, workflow orchestration, data flows, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for corporate IT, integrations, automation, and AI, with enterprise standards for business applications.
• Deliver a secure, reliable employee technology experience and move IT toward proactive, automated service delivery.
• Partner with leaders to improve processes, reduce manual work, and target high-value automation opportunities.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, governance, and adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflow automation.
