Job summary

Versique Consulting & Search is seeking an experienced engineering leader to define and enforce standards for AI-enabled software delivery. You will own generator-verifier architectures, AI agent orchestration, and scalable CI/CD pipelines, while maintaining security, compliance, and strong governance across multiple delivery teams.

You will guide the organization in safe, auditable autonomy, establish rigorous review processes, and drive evaluation-driven development across a platform

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating distributed systems, developer platforms, and CI/CD ecosystems with significant business and operational impact.
• Proven success building reliable deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, staged deployment strategies, observability, and rollback mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience operating AI agents in production environments, including orchestration, tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, sandboxing, and reliability management.
• Expertise in least-privilege design, secrets management, network security, threat modeling, and audit-ready systems.
• Demonstrated success defining engineering standards, frameworks, or operating models adopted by multiple teams.
• Ability to create review processes that maintain both accountability and development velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Generator-Verifier architecture and orchestration frameworks.
• Define AI agent orchestration patterns for task decomposition, dispatch, sandboxing, and secure state management.
• Build and operate scalable CI/CD systems for large volumes of AI-generated changes while preserving human review.
• Establish evaluation-driven development with measurable acceptance criteria for validation.
• Own security architecture with least-privilege controls, secrets management, and compliance guardrails.
• Serve as the final human accountability gate, enforcing review standards before production.
