Job summary

Vehlo seeks a visionary Director, Information Technology & Enterprise AI to lead the company’s technology strategy, security postures, and AI initiatives. You will translate business goals into scalable tech solutions, champion security-by-design, and drive responsible AI adoption across the organization.

The role reports to the CPTO and emphasizes governance, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable growth and resilience in a rapidly evolving auto-repair technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information tech or related field.
• 7+ years in progressive technology leadership roles.
• 3+ years leading enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and governing AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year IT, cybersecurity, and AI roadmaps aligned with growth.
• Lead enterprise technology governance, architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Drive digital transformation to improve productivity and scalability.
• Establish a culture of innovation, service excellence, accountability, and business partnership.
• Oversee AI governance and security across Vehlo's systems while enabling product/engineering teams.
