Capital One in Chicago is seeking a Director of Transaction Processing Network Documentation to lead the modernization of our documentation ecosystem. You will drive AI-enabled, structured specifications and create a single source of truth for technical standards across the Network.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance of the documentation lifecycle, collaborating with the Network Policy team, AI program, and cross-functional partners to accelerate time-to-market for

Qualificações

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
At least 3 years of People Management experience.
Technical proficiency in modern documentation frameworks and AI/LLM integration.

Responsabilidades

Define multi-year roadmap for modernizing the Transaction Processing Network Documentation ecosystem.
Lead AI-driven integration to automate content generation, validation, and accessibility.
Oversee migration of legacy manuals to AI-ready data formats with validation mechanisms.
Collaborate with Network Policy to align documentation with evolving regulations.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of associates.
