Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Sr Manager, Process Manager for GPN to lead centralized technical documentation, AI-enabled modernization, and a strategic roadmap aligning with Network Product & Platforms goals.

You will partner with product teams, drive documentation as code, ensure readability for external participants, and foster AI literacy across the team while delivering measurable improvements in speed and accuracy of technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of People Management experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration in enterprise settings is preferred.
• Certifications in Project Management, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of AI-enabled documentation modernization.
• Centralize documentation as code and automate content generation and validation.
• Partner with product and policy teams to align standards with regulations.
• Consult with stakeholders to shape technical documentation strategy.
• Foster a culture of excellence and AI literacy within the team.
