Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Process Management for Network Documentation to drive documentation strategy and ensure processes are clear, compliant, and well-supported across the Global Product Network.

You will blend technical writing, business analysis, and process leadership to modernize workflows, apply AI tooling, and maintain audit readiness while collaborating with technical leads and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of process management experience.
• At least 2 years in cross-functional environments managing stakeholder expectations.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with formatting, authoring, or publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Author, maintain, and publish high-quality technical specifications and guides.
• Serve as SME for products and services documented.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and redesign workflows to improve clarity and speed-to-market.
• Drive automation and AI integration across documentation lifecycle.
• Manage document lifecycles with version control and review cycles.
• Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
