Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 3 Years of People Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Process Management, Technical Documentation, or Product Operations within Financial Services or FinTech.
• 5+ years of People Management experience, with change or digital transformation.
• Technical proficiency with modern documentation frameworks and AI/LLM integration in an enterprise environment.
• Strategic influencing skills to align cross-functional teams around a common vision.
• Certifications: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma preferred.

• Vision & AI Transformation: Define multi-year roadmap for modernizing the Documentation ecosystem.
• AI-Fluent Architecture: Integrate LLMs and AI workflows into the documentation lifecycle.
• Documentation Modernization: Migrate legacy manuals to AI-ready data formats.
