Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 3 Years of People Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Process Management, Technical Documentation, or Product Operations within Financial Services or FinTech.

Responsibilities

• Vision & AI Transformation: Define the multi-year roadmap for modernizing the Transaction Processing Network Specifications ecosystem.
• AI-Fluent Architecture: Partner with the GPN AI Program to integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into the documentation lifecycle.
• Documentation Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy manuals to structured, AI-ready data formats.
• Network Policy Partnership: Partner with the Network Policy team to ensure alignment between regulations and documentation.
