Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with process management, documentation, or product operations preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year roadmap for modernizing the Transaction Processing Network Documentation ecosystem.
• Integrate AI/LLM tools into the documentation lifecycle and provide real-time support.
• Oversee migration of legacy manuals to AI-ready data formats with validation.
• Collaborate with Network Policy to align documentation with evolving regulations.
• Drive alignment with Network Product & Platforms objectives and broader goals.
• Lead the team to foster AI literacy and strategic consulting across the org.
• Mentor associates to build a high-performing, technically excellent team.
