Capital One is seeking a Manager of Process Management on the Network Documentation team to lead content strategy, governance, and process optimization for global payment network documentation. You will partner with technical writers, product managers, risk, and compliance to deliver accurate, scalable documentation and enable faster decision making.

The role emphasizes SME leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship, with opportunities to integrate AI tooling and automation

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
• At least 2 years of cross-functional environment managing stakeholder expectations.

• Author, maintain, and publish high-quality technical specifications and user-friendly documentation for mixed audiences.
• Serve as an SME for products and services covered in the documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements, redesign workflows to improve clarity and speed-to-market.

• Partner with stakeholders to manage document lifecycles, version control, and risk standards.
